Troy Armstrong Founder / Producer

Troy is a Design graduate of the National Institute of Dramatic Art (NIDA) and in 2007 was awarded the Mike Walsh Travel Scholarship. Troy’s television career began as a resident Art Director for SBS Television in Sydney. He then Art Directed the Daytime Emmy® nominated series of Hi-5 USA for Discovery Channel.  Troy re-branded the new Hooley Dooley’s and defined the ‘How 2’ series released worldwide by Warner Bros. Troy created the landmark live action series The Dandy Lionz developed with Essential Media and toured throughout Australia, Asia and the Middle East. Recently, Troy worked for the Australian Shopping Network in establishing Open Shop a home shopping network on Channel 75 and owned by Hyundai Retail. In 2020 Troy founded billycartco. a creative studio developing screen content for children.

Mustafa Shams Producer

Mustafa is completing his Bachelors of Communication (Public Communication) at the University of Technology Sydney. His production career began with the Australian Shopping Network as a Production Assistant at Openshop, a home shopping network on Channel 75 owned by Hyundai Retail. There Mustafa learned the fundamentals of Tv production working alongside both the producers and technology and production team. Mustafa also directed Openshop's entire model management and booking system. Working full-time while studying is a consistent trait of Mustafa's early career.
